My name is Rigobert Gomis.
I was born in Senegal, a country where teranga - hospitality is not just a word, but a way of life.
I carry that with me in the way I work and the way I create.
From an early age, I felt a deep connection to the land and to pure food, straight from the source.
What I make is more than handcrafted, you can taste the difference.
With my hands, I create something special. Everything I make has its own honest, pure flavour, made with care.
More than 15 years ago, my journey in the food industry began.
What started as a job grew into a craft.
Today, my passion lies in developing high-quality chocolate samples and unique product concepts.
My strength comes from combining craftsmanship, an instinct for flavour and a deep understanding of production.
But above all…
I love creating chocolate that awakens the senses.
Mabero was born from that same intention:
pure chocolate with a story.

The name Mabero comes from what means the most to me.
Max. Beau. Rosie.
My children.
They are my love.
And I bring that same love into everything I create.
